Last tomato harvest of the 2022 growing season?

I picked all of the tomatoes left on the vines, no matter how green. Plenty of them were split and rotting because of all the rain we’re getting. The ones that were reasonably ripe I cooked into a soup with ramen, and the few green basil leaves I had left, and some onion. These greentomatoes are all that’s left; should I fry them or try to ripen them? I also saved some cuttings from the tomatoes and basil plants which I’m going to try to propagate to get a head start on the 2023 garden

This weekend I built a new trellis for the tomatoes!

Constructed from 4 2x4s and a piece of ladder mesh truss, this is arguably the only structure on the entire property that is actually plumb and level.

The back row has 10 plants and the front row has six, all different indeterminate varieties. I am pruning them as a single vine up a string. Each one has its own string and hook so that when the plant reaches the top I could let out some string and let them keep growing!

Thanks to @nextlevelgardening for the strings and hooks and great videos explaining how! This is my first time growing tomatoes this way and I’m excited about how big they might get.
